Alternatively, you can download the application to join the remote meeting.

After installing the application, right-click the Remote Meeting icon from the Tray menu and click the 'Join a Meeting' option.



Enter the license key sent by the organizer along with your name.



You are now a part of the online meeting.



You can view the list of the participants, their status and chat with the organizer / other participants.



The organizer must grant participants the right to see his screen. For this, click the 'Show / Hide to all' button to show screen to all participants. If you wish to show screen to select participant(s), click on the name of the participant and then click the 'Show / Hide Screen' button.

The participant can also request the access controls. The organizer can accept or deny the request.



The organizer can allow participant(s) access to his desktop and its resources by clicking the name of the participant and then the 'Grant Controls' button.

The organizer can retrieve the controls from the participant. For this, select the participant and click the 'Retrieve Controls' button.



The organizer can opt to chat with 'All' participants or with select participants by clicking the name of the participant from the chat window.
