There are two levels of authentication - one for the main RemotePC account and the other for the Host computer (Host Key).

Download the Remote Access Host application on the remote computer

Download the Remote Access Viewer application on the local computer

The Remote Access Viewer is used to connect to the remote computer. Once you have set up the Host(s) computer, download the Remote Access Viewer application on the local computer.

You are prompted to enter your Username and Password. The list of Host computers that were set up is displayed. You can connect to the remote computer that you wish to access by entering the 'Host Key'.

Note: To access a PC from a Mac, install Remote Access Host version 4.4.5 and above on your PC. To access a Mac remotely from a PC, install the Remote Access Viewer version 4.4.8 and above on your PC. To access a Mac remotely from a Mac, install the Remote Access Viewer for Mac version 1.1.0 and above on your Mac.

Remote access from your mobile device

Download and install the Host application on the computer (PC/Mac) that you wish to access remotely. Install RemotePC from the App Store/Google Play on your iOS/Android mobile device and login to remotely access your computer over the internet.

Remote Access through web browser

Alternatively, you can connect to your remote computer via any browser by logging into your account from the RemotePC website. Select the remote computer that you wish to access and enter its Host Key. [ More ]
