Download RemotePC products for Remote Access, Remote Support

For remote access of your home or office computer, you need to download and install the Remote Access Host and the Remote Access Viewer or directly login from the web.

Download the Remote Access Host application on the remote Windows computer

Once the application has been downloaded on your windows machine, you are prompted for the RemotePC server authentication. Register the remote computer on the RemotePC server by providing the remote host computer description and a Host Key. [ More ]

There are two levels of authentication - one for the main RemotePC account and the other for the Host computer (Host Key).

Download the Remote Access Viewer application on the local computer

The Remote Access Viewer is used to connect to the remote computer. Once you have set up the Host(s) computer, download the Remote Access Viewer application on the local computer.

You are prompted to enter your Username and Password. The list of Host computers that were set up is displayed. You can connect to the remote computer that you wish to access by entering the 'Host Key'.

Remote Access through web browser

Alternatively, from any Windows computer you can connect to your remote computer via any browser by logging into your account from the RemotePC website. Select the remote computer that you wish to access and enter its Host Key. [ More ]

System Requirements

For PC: Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Windows 2000 (Service pack 4 and above) and stable Internet connection.

For Mac (Viewer): Snow Leopard, Leopard on Intel processor.
